Risa Rubin is a singer songwriter and harp player originally from LA. Her last two releases have been on the top 100 album lists on Bandcamp. She is a multimedia artist and now a Chicagoan. She also makes puppets, and performs regularly in the musical/comedic duo the Salmon Sisters at Color Club. She is so excited to return to the Tack Room.
